How to use:

SIMPLY USE NOT MORE THAN A GREEN-GRAM SIZE. DON’T USE WITH OTHER TOOTHPASTE, MUCH BUBBLE, FRAGRANCE FREE REGULAR USE ON MORNING & EVENING OR AS YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH. 

Remove the jar tightly closed, completely free it from the protective film, with a dry toothbrush make some stroking circular motions on the surface of paste so that the villi toothbrush formed a small plaque. This small amount is enough to perfectly clean and protect your teeth.
