ZEMA Lotion 15 ml Anti-fungal Relieve Itching Eczematoid Dermatitis Seborrhea Psoriasis
Composition:
- Salicylic acid 11.8% w/v
- Resorcinol 3.8% w/v
- Phenylic acid 0.285% w/v
Salicylic acid has keratolytic property, used as an anti-fungal treatment. It removes both infected horny skin layer and fungi.
Resorcinol has anti-pruritic and keratolytic properties which can relieve itching.
Phenol in the form of phenylic acid is a disinfectant; it has anti-bacterial property.
Indication: for local treatment of dermatitis such as eczematoid, seborrhea, psoriasis, itching and irritant skin affection.
Dosage and application: clean the affected skin area and apply ZEMA Lotion thinly once daily. Do not scrape or scratch the skin before applying!
Contraindications:
- ZEMA Lotion is for topical use only. It should not be taken orally!
- Do not use in patients with a history of allergy to any components of the drug.
- Do not apply on face, to eyes and other mucous membranes.
Warnings:
- Do not scrape or scratch the skin before applying.
- Discontinue using the drug if intense dryness of skin or irritation occurs.
- Prolonged use of the drug with salicylic acid may cause salicylism.
- Keep the drug out of reach of children.
Store in a cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
